Write Interesting Volunteer Job Profiles
Volunteers increasingly consider several jobs and organisations before they decide which volunteer role(s) they will apply for. The job profile form on VQ’s website is designed to provide potential volunteers with a summary of the job and to encourage applications from appropriate volunteers.
You are advised to have detailed position descriptions available to give to prospective volunteers once you have received their application and had an initial discussion about their interest in working with you. Your next step will be determined by your recruitment and selection procedure.
